Magic Points (not to be confused with actual magic points (MP) that mages use to cast spells)
Similar to Plot points and Force points, Magic Points are earned by players for awesomeness and can be spent to enhance rolls or change the course of the story. Simply put, each character starts with 5. They can be spent before rolls to add dice (dependent on the type of die rolled) to the roll, or after a roll to add 1 per point to the result.
Magic Points can also be spent in almost any situation to sway the course of events. This will be a per-basis system, but will allow you to spend points to set the scene in your favor.
